About

My name is Dominic Cassella and I am 18 years old. I am Catholic, specifically Eastern Catholic, and let me be the first to tell you I am a hypocrite. Nevertheless, I believe even Judas if he did a proper penance could have been counted among the saints just as Peter, James and John.

That being said, I believe in knowing God. We are all called to love and serve God in all our thoughts words deeds and omissions. My question is how can we do this without first knowing God. God is Jesus Christ - His Body is the Church - the Catholic Church. However, the Catholic Community is not just one Church but many churches within multiple Rites all together creating the Catholic Community. Christ prayed for them (mankind - christians - orthodox & catholic) to all be one (John 17:21) and Blessed John Paul II said "That the Church (AKA the Body of Christ - AKA You and I) must breathe with both lungs." Ut Unum Sint, 54.

So that you may know a little bit more about me, I am currently living in Mexico City, Mexico as a librarian at Northridge School Mexico. I am here to gain experience in life and to grow closer to God, to grow in my faith. All the while I will be working on my webpage "The Society of Sts. Peter & Andrew", working for Eastern Christian Publication, volunteering with the Missionaries of Charity, and hopefully exploring this beautiful country.

I will also be experimenting with a new order of life I am working on, which I call "Pulmonary Christianity" with the intention of Breathing With Both Lungs, praying for unity and growing closer into understanding Christ through His Body the Church both East and West. This is not to be a heretical way of life, but one faithful to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. It was inspired by the concept of bi/tri/omni-ritual priests with the hopes of creating an omni-rite lay catholic.

What I plan my every day lifestyle to be like hopefully with this "Pulmonary" lifestyle in mind (focused on Spiritual Life):
